I had an expiriece with it or rather my father did...here is my story:


Well this occured not to me but my father. It all happened when I
was about 4 or 5, I was settled in for the night in my room but my
father was awake listining to his radio. Suddenly he felt a horrible
chill down his spine and the hair stood up on his neck. He didnt know
what was causing this so he just went back to sleep. Then he woke up
to and odd sound. It was like wings floating in the breeze and it was
quite loud as he heard it come close to the house. Then he felt it
move by the window of my room and he bolted up fearing for me because
scratches were heard on the window and he heard it shuffling around
there. He then stared into the darkness and saw a darkish figure
although he did not know what to make of it. He thought it may have
been a demon for he is a form of paster. He ordered it away from the
house and used a cross and he heard it flee. But before it left
entirely he heard a horrible scream like the scream of a 100 men as he
said. After that he heard
an other worldly voice from this creature and it screamed and swore.
After that he heard it drift away waving its giant wings he said they
were about 15 feet. That is my story..I know that was mothman..or a
form of mothman..a very manevolent form..


What was it exactly? I think it was mothman..or thunder bird

It is really weird, there were alot of strange events connected with that call, you can read about it on the site if you like, under conspiracies. Well anyway, the message starts out by someone saying my named, no clue who, then this weird whistling noise.

So then the caller hangs up, and picks up again, and this is really strange. I didnt catch this, someone else did, but after the caller hangs up and picks up you can hear him say something like "one, two, three" or something, in a really eerie strange voice.

I get so many phone calls like this now that I stopped saving them, because I think some of them are people just playing with me. But that phone call, and the events surrounding it made me and alot of people freak out a bit...

Wow, those anecdotes are fascinating and I would have to commend your father for staying calm and doing what was needed to do in a mind-numbing situation. Also those calls seem pretty freaky, if my mom weren't trying to sleep I would put the computer volume all the way up to see if he says anything else in a low tone of voice.

As I've mentioned in other post topics, there are biological annomolies (creatures, if you will) that don't conform with our mundane reality. I believe that something occurs when we give into the existance of these creatures. Either, our body emits a signal that draws these things to us, or more simply, our mind is open and we become aware of things that are already there. For instance (not to stray from mothman), last summer when I began reading up on ghosts and hauntings. Suddenly, as if a switch was turned on I had a rash of "sightings", orbs in the field behind my house, strange knockings in my house, a pale blue golf ball sized orb over the grave of the newest tennant in the graveyard down the road. Did I open a door that signaled these things to come to me, or were they there, and my acceptance of them allowed me to see them? Sac, maybe this site and your quest for the unknown, gave something the vibe that it was ok to contact you........or, like my papoose pics, maybe some of your chums are f-ing with you!

Maybe all that stuff didn't happen because you unlocked your inner potential of seeing, but because of paranoia. Think about it, when are you most likely to see imaginary killers, when you watched a movie or read something about killers. It makes perfect sense why you saw those ghosts, because it must have kept with you. Sometimes you don't notice the obvious unless it is pointed out to you, which goes for paranoia and the reason I have to write this message out. As for WoS, he might be paranoid, but this was not a case of paranoia he was dealing with, it was jumping to conclusions. It was right of him to post it on his website and hear others' reactions, but he should not instantly label it as MM(Mothman) without assurance that it is. Whether or not you were sure of it, is your decision, I'm just telling you that if you aren't, than you shouldn't label it as MM.

Well from what he said I am sure it is mothman. And the weird idea about this is that I just recently started to gain as much knowlege about mothman I possibly could find. This may be from a psychic or other mind phenomenan. Maybe what ever it was new I was going to become a paranormal researcher, and maybe I had a memory of then I do not remember. But in any case. What mothman is many people theorise especially keel is that he is not a causer of destruction, sickness, or death. It is just a warning or omen of events to come. Because during that time when he said he saw mothman I was very sick mentally and physically. The thing that is odd came after I started to research mothman. I was telling my father about it and he suddonly stopped me and explained to me the story. And I believe also that paranoia opens your senses alot more. Ever since then I have heard raps on the house and inside my house. My house was built in the 1850's so it may be haunted. I think it is because I often feel as though something is watching me. And often out of the corner of my eye I see a flash of small light. Hmm..interesting.

I'm not too sure about the Moth Man because that whole story sounds a little fishy to me. I'll check out that call though. Also I have had strange phone incidences in the past and might have posted here, but I thought I'd mention it again since we were on the subject. My brother picked up the phone and there was no dial tone so he told me to come closer so I could hear it. Then we heard some people talking on the other end so he said "Hello?" and someone said something, sounded like "Sh**!" and then there was a click followed by a loud beep and then the dial tone came back on. I think that was the government though.

It's weird, I was thinking of posting a mothman topic not long ago, it's passed now, but recently, I can't explain it, I've had this weird feeling at night, that hes near my house.

I don't know a lot about the mothman, in fact I barely know anything, so why is it that I would feel such a strong connection to him over that past week or so?

All I know is, whether hes good or bad, I don't want to see him, it scares me, and with this "Ghost Dog" (dubbed by me) in my area recently, I'm getting nervous.

Why is all this supernatural stuff happening all at once, maybe moulder was right, maybe the end is coming...

In truth, I think that the mothman is one of the more probable paranormal phenomena that people hear about. I am sure that if you researched it enough you would find that there are similar sightings/occurrences happening during the time when Native Americans ruled the continent.

Or maybe not...

If you read the research given by Loren Coleman you will see that this creature has a penchant for using the telephone. Indrid Cold is it's name I believe.

And agent M, there is nothing paranoid about what happened to me. It is a fact, and one that have documented. I received that phone call. The next caller, a fellow researcher, called me, left a message, and when he hung up he was called back by my answering machine. I have it on very good authority that that is something that does not just happen accidentally. In fact, some of the best researchers I had working with me just stopped talking to me about it, because they were so freaked out and were afraid for themselves.

I finally listened to the answering machine message. I got a message exactly like that on my dad's answering machine but he erased it. I always thought it was some kind of mess up caused by a telemarketing machine but who knows.

Correction. It was on my brother's answering machine that I heard it on, but my dad got a similar call. My dad erases all his messages immediately after listening to them but my brother keeps some for a while. He deleted it though so I should have recorded it before then but I didn't think there was anything special about it. He could never figure out who it was that had called him because he asked all his friends and it was from a number we hadn't seen before, but I think I wrote it down somewhere because I thought it might have been from this girl's father or something.

No, I doubt it would be a call from the girl you threatened because if it was he would have said it straight out. He would of probably said that if you touch my daughter I will personally see that you get two in the throat! Trust me I have 16 and 18 yr old sisters and a dad who isnt very tolerant of boyfriends, let alone rapists.

If you had greyish skin, a set of 5 foot wings eminating from your back, and glowing red eyes, would you make yourself available to public viewings? Or would you terrorize anyone who stumbled upon your path, as to make said persons story of their encounter so unbelieveable, that they sound like an A-1, first class nut bag?

It wasn't the girl I threatened to rape, this was some time ago that I am talking about, and quit bugging me about that girl. I'm sorry and I feel really bad about it and I'm going to do whatever it takes to make up for my mistakes. I'd even get my you know what removed if she wanted me to, besides, I think her father's dead. Good point about Mothman though freemason.

I myself have never recieved a strange phone call yet. But I might considering that most people who see and experience such phenomena do. Although I have no way of knowing if I will or not. But if any one wants to know anything about mothman contact me. I know most about him since I have been studying it for a while now.
