Who wants to teach me how to lucid dream?

I have read about lucid dreaming online. I have tried some of the techniques I have read but none of them work. Will someone who is good and or knows how to lucid dream please teach me. After I master lucid dreaming, I am going to try more advance stuff.

You can try as many techniques as you want including doing old Indian or Aboriginee drugs, but it's always been in my opinion that lucid dreaming won't happen to some people.

Maybe if you believe in your dreams. (wait, that might be something else)

Its just a button you click. They can come back, but alot of times if they have an abrasive personality it stands out. As a matter of fact, ILP is the only person I have ever banned from this site. I am pretty relaxed with the rules as long as people arent abusive towards one another, or as in ILP's case, he just joined here to try and manipulate me to do him a favor on another board. :{

Actually I remember a few yrs back in ATS my name got hacked and I couln't get into ATS and I joined netchickens web site to get back another name..... :)

So I sorta like did a bad thing....

Look at your hand for 10 minutes before you sleep, when you are asleep try to remember your hand, it should work.

well, there are many books u can get and meditations. personally, i found the usage of diffrernt herbs really helps. their is an herb called mugwort but it only works when u burn it, u have t burn alot! its worth it though within weeks i was memorizing all my dreams and over time u will gradually began to realize ypur dreaming in order for u to finally be ready to control lucidly... i havent lucid dream in awhile i stopped the meditation, but lately ive been feeling like getting back into it. ive lucid dreamed and astrally projected many times if u want u can email me .... we can learn from eachother!!:o
