Some good reading on ZPE

So after thinking about this, I'm a little sorry I posted that link. This guy is into the 9/11 conspiracy crap and obviously hates G.B and D.C. Then he claims the Zetas/grays are trying to deplete earth of oxygen. With their technology, if that was their intent, they would've done it by now.
He claims to have built a ZPE machine but it was taken from him. He's built a house on an island but is using solar panels so he doesn't bring unwanted attention to himself (men in black). So I'm thinking that if he posted the design all over the web, it'd be a done deal and there would no longer exist a reason for anyone to go after him. So now I don't know if this guy is full of crap or what. Seems to me that his story lacks logic. What do you guys think?

So I tried the first experiment with the crystal and the scalar coil. I had my doubts and they were confirmed. I got zip, so I reread the set up and oops - the guy claims to have used 2 function generators on that scalar coil. The coil only has 2 leads, a positve and negative, so to hook 2 generators up to it would be to cancel out the generators since they would be connected to each other. Had I paid more attention the first time I read it, I wouldn't have even tried this experiment and in another post I've already explained why a crystal that large wouldn't do anything - but I had to try. There is no energy in crystals. The idea of tapping into the tension that exists between opposing magnets might be worth working on, but I now believe that Kosol is full of it and what's needed is to study Tesla coils. I do believe zero point energy exists but I don't believe in Kosol.
